To get our new wiki (located at
http://swkod.com/wiki) started off well, we're offering a contest for it. The person who has made the largest number of significant edits as of 19 May 2010 will get a custom title on the forum, and will have the option to have a forum of his/her choice created here!
So, the details. The custom title and forum name are of course within reason (no profanity, attacks on other players, etc.). Other than that, you can do just about what you like with them.
"Significant edits" consist of creating a page with a reasonable amount of content that is within the scope of the wiki, or making edits other than minor spelling or grammar corrections to an existing page. Copying a helpfile over from the game to the wiki does count, as does creating a page for your character. Also, pages are allowed on themes, characters, concepts, and events from the Star Wars canon.
You can edit the wiki anonymously. However, in order to receive credit, you will need to sign up for an account which either has the name of one of your characters, or states on its userpage which characters you play.
The best part of having our wiki is, you'll never have to wait! If you notice a missing helpfile, you can write it as soon as you find out what the command in question does. If more detail is needed on a race, concept, etc., you can do that. And of course, if you'd like a longer space in which to write about one of your characters, it's perfect for that as well!
