In the past, it has been allowed to transfer RP points between characters held by different players. As RP points have become more and more useful, however, this has become disruptive to game balance. Given this, starting Friday, 30 April 2010, transfers of RP points between characters played by -different- players will no longer be allowed.
Please note that this change does not in any way restrict the ability to transfer points between alts owned by the -same- player. Transfers between your own alts will continue to be allowed as normal. This change only restricts giving RP points to another player's character.
